Vinyasa 1 - Basics
This class is a slower-paced vinyasa practice that explores the basics of alignment and breath with an emphasis on transitions. Linking breath with movement, your basics classes will help you practice flowing into and out of poses and setting you on a confident path to a Level 1.5 class. Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. at YogaOmazing

Gentle Yoga
A gentle and therapeutic practice for seniors or anyone seeking a slower, therapeutic yoga practice. Suitable for those recovering from injuries or illness or who are in need of a gentle and relaxing practice. The class blends restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga and breath work.  Students will stretch and strengthen the entire body as a way to support a strong and healthy system inside and out. Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. at YogaOmazing

Strength and Stability
A mostly Vinyasa practice with an element of fitness and strength training techniques. Combines yoga, Pilates and strength conditioning exercises to strengthen key stabilizer muscles and target common areas of weakness or instability. Resistance bands are used to isolate and engage specific muscle groups. A strong focus on core development is included in each class. A great way to build muscle, increase metabolism and balance, and enhance your abilities in your other yoga practices.

Vinyasa
An invigorating yet comfortably paced vinyasa-inspired class. Experience the wisdom, strength and grace of your body as you explore meditative flows of sun salutation, classical hatha yoga postures and breath work that encourage us to tap into our inner strength, be more mindful, and connect to our bodies.Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at OmBase

SUP Yoga
— Practicing yoga on the stand up paddleboard adds a whole new dimension of core challenge, and the balance and focus required will take your practice to a new level. This fun class will challenge your core and rejuvenate your spirit! If you are interested in SUP yoga for your group, I would love to take you out!
